Material Selection & Preparation: We work with a variety of metals including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum. Materials are selected based on structural and functional requirements and are prepared for cutting and processing.
Cutting & Punching: Using high-precision CNC laser cutting machines and punching systems, raw sheets are shaped into components with exact dimensions and minimal waste.
Bending & Forming: Our hydraulic press brakes and bending machines ensure uniformity and precision in shaping components, meeting tight tolerance demands.
Welding & Assembly: Skilled welders and automated robotic welding systems join components using MIG, TIG, and spot welding techniques depending on the application.
